The Libyan Center for Tamazight Studies
he Libyan Center for Tamazight Studies (ⴰⵎⵎⴰⵙ ⴰⵍⵉⴱⵉ ⵉ ⵜⵉⵣⵔⴰⵡⵉⵏⵏ ⵜⵎⴰⵣⵉⵖⵜ) was established by a decision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. (247), 2014. Despite the failure of its financial procedures, an official announcement was declared during the scientific symposium on February 25, 2017 held at the Libyan Academy in Ghanzour, under the slogan of the Tamazigh Language from Oral to Writing (tutlayt n tamazivt seg wawal an tira).

التحديات التي تواجه الكتابة بالتيفيناغ
لقد قاومت التيفيناغ رياح التعرية اللغوية التي هبت على أرضها بدء من الفينيقية مرورا بالإغريقية والرومانية وحتى العربية وانتهاءً بالعثمانية أو العصملية ورجوعا للإيطالية والإنجليزية وحتى الفرنسية. إلا أن حبوب اللقاح الثقافية والحضارية التي حملتها رياح التغيير اللغوية ورافقت حط رحالها فتعاطت خلال مرحلة استقرارها مع التيفيناغ بشكل يدفعها للتطور والتعياش السلمي مع الوافد من كنوز ثقافية. ومع ذلك فقد حافظت التيفيناغ على استمرارية عذريتها لفترة أطول في أعماق الصحراء “تينيري” ⵜⵉⵏⵉⵔⵉ. فقد حافظت المرأة “تماهقت (تماهق) .. تمازغت .. تماشقت” على سر التيفيناغ بمسحة حنانها وحرصها على خصوصية مشاعرها العاطفية والوجدانية.
